Haddock fillets, as well as other codfish fillets which originate in the Icelandic coastal waters - pollock and cod - are deep frozen while already in their packaging. Due to the advanced packaging used, each fillet requires no glazing.

Keep frozen in a freezer at -18°С or below.
Storage time in freezer: 24 months from the manufacture date.
We recommend that the defrosted product be kept no longer than 48 hours
in a polybag on ice at between +4 and +6°С.
Do not refreeze the thawed fillet.
Defrosting OSCAR’S FISH haddock fillet:
We recommend that the product be defrosted in cold water (at about 15°С) for no longer than 1-2 hours in a polybag. To preserve the freshness and flavour of fresh Icelandic haddock, immediately after defrosting take the fillet out of the bag, and cut and cook without delay.
